    Located in the Riverina Food Bowl, we drive less than 10 minutes to pick up barrels of local olive oil, locally farmed beef and lamb, buckets of freshly picked strawberries and bunches of herbs. Cooking with freshly picked, local ingredients locks in the nutrients for you and ensures we operate with low food miles - healthy for you and for the planet.

    We have young children and want to ensure a bright future for the next generation. We sourced globally leading eco-packaging for the new My Chef chilled meals and recently rallied with another meal company to get them manufactured here in Australia. My Chef frozen and kids meal containers are made from compostable wheaten straw, so they can be popped in your FOGO bin or even straight into the garden!

For Frank, like many Lebanese families, food is about lovingly prepared recipes passed down through generations. Now, raising a young family of our own in Wagga Wagga NSW, we’re pursuing our dream.
